To enable Maple Grove RV Resort management to help maximize each guest's RV lifestyle and experience, the following Resort Rules have been established, and apply to both extended stay and short stay guests. We appreciate your adherence of these rules, and look forward to serving you!
Your rent (daily, weekly or monthly) includes parking of your RV (motorhome, trailer, fifth-wheel etc.) and support vehicle (car, truck, motorcycle etc.). Each site has a designated parking space for both your RV and support vehicle. Vehicles parked in the streets or in unoccupied sites will be towed at the owner's expense. Boats, trailers, motorcycles or any other vehicle beyond two per site, are subject to a $25.00 per month storage fee, provided they fit in your space.
Vehicles parked on lawns, patios, in the streets or in unoccupied sites will be towed at the owner's expense. Boats, trailers, motorcycles or any other vehicle beyond two per site, are subject to a $50.00 per month storage fee, assuming they fit in your space.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the Resort offices, laundry, showers, restrooms or meeting facilities.
Firearms & Fireworks
Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited within the Resort or in vehicles or RV's parked in the Resort.
The Resort speed limit is 8 MPH. This limit is strictly enforced. Speeding anywhere in the resort is prohibited.
Pets will be permitted in the Resort providing the following rules are adhered to at all times. Pets running loose, left in neighbors' sites, or left alone, will be automatically removed by the County Animal Control.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times and never tethered or left outside.
- Outside pens and kennels are not allowed.
- Pets must not be permitted to snarl or bark at neighbors or passersby.
- Pets must not be permitted to dig or otherwise damage and destroy resort property.
- Pet "accidents" must be cleaned up by their owners immediately. This rule applies anywhere within the resort boundaries.
- Pets are not permitted in any of the resort public facilities including washrooms, toilets, laundry facilities, office or meeting facilities.
- Pets must not be allowed to enter neighboring sites.
- Maple Grove RV Resort reserves the right to prohibit certain breeds and sizes of dogs. The following breeds, in addition to other potentially dangerous breeds are not permitted on Resort property: Doberman Pincer, Pit Bull Terrier or Rottweiler.
Garbage generated inside the resort only, is to be dumped in the dumpster located in the Northwest corner of the Resort. All garbage bags should be securely fastened. No offsite construction garbage, tires, carpets, lumber or trash of any kind is permitted in the Resort dumpster. Individual outside garbage containers are not allowed in any site.
Due to local County rules we are not able to fill propane tanks in sites, we do however offer a convenient filling service. Several times a week, during the winter months, we collect the empty tanks in each site, fill them and then return them. Extended stay guests in motorhomes can install extended stay kits to enable them to run external propane tanks. Alternatively motorhomes can be filled at our on-site propane tank.
Outside structures including, but not limited to, storage sheds, pet kennels, freezers, plastic tubs and garbage containers etc. are not permitted in any site or on any other Resort property.
No auto work or repairs may be carried out anywhere within the Resort including any site. This rule does not include the repair of a flat tire, or jumping a battery.
Skateboarding / Bicycling
Skateboarding, bicycling or scooter riding is not permitted on Resort property.
In addition to storage sheds being prohibited, storage of material of any type under vehicles is strictly prohibited. Sites must remain free from trash, detritus, and unused items other than patio tables, chairs, BBQ grills, umbrellas and awning.
Without prior approval from Resort management, skirting is not permitted around the base of RV units or Fifth Wheels. This includes any type of wood, metal, fabric or plastic surround.
Stakes placed or anchored in the ground are prohibited in any site or on Resort property. They can damage underground irrigation and utility lines.
Vehicles can be washed in sites according a schedule and sign-up sheet in the office. There is a fee of $5.00 per vehicle for this service. Please check with the office before any washing commences.
Restrooms and Laundry
Restrooms and laundry are open 24 hours a day. Access is provided through a combination lock, the number to which will be provided to you upon check-in. Please help us to keep restrooms and laundry clean and tidy by cleaning up after yourself.
To help maintain a certain standard of appearance, Maple Grove RV Resort has limitation on vehicle age for extended stay guests. Without prior management approval, RV vehicles older than 10 years from the current date are not permitted on an extended stay basis.
Vehicle Registration, License & Insurance
All vehicles parked in the Resort must be registered and have current license tabs. All vehicles must also carry current liability and comprehensive insurance coverage. Guests will furnish Resort management with proof of insurance coverage including the name of their insurance company and/or agent.
Guests agree to immediately reimburse Maple Grove RV resort for any damage caused by them, or their guests, to Resort property. Damage includes, but is not limited to, sewer damage, damage to trees or plantings, oil spills, damage to light fixtures and hook-up fixtures howsoever caused.
Visitors of Resort guests, in addition to vendors or maintenance repair personnel doing work on your behalf, must check-in at the office before proceeding to your site. Visitors must park their vehicles in your site, or one of the parking stalls located next to the office. Please, never park in the streets or any unoccupied site.
Extended stay guests can receive mail at our office addressed to themselves at: Maple Grove RV Resort, Site #____, 12417 Hwy 99, Everett WA 98204. Mail is distributed by site # and placed in the mail slots in the office, Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays), after mail is delivered by the Post Office. Important & Priority mail, Checks and Packages will be kept in the office for pick-up during normal office hours. A notice will be placed in your mail slot advising you have a pick-up. Outgoing mail can be placed in the mailbox located in the office during normal office hours.
Children are welcome in the Resort but must be supervised and under the control of a responsible adult at all times. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a 17-year or older individual. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.
Messages for guests will be left in their mail slot in the office and can be retrieved during regular office hours. Only emergency messages will be delivered to an individual site.
Site Reservations & Assignments
Site reservations are made in advance as explained on the Reservation Request and Terms & Conditions pages. All reservations are subject to availability and made on a first come first served basis. If required, sites will be assigned to short stay guests based upon # of nights reserved in advance and paid upon arrival. If a short stay guest decides to extend their stay, we will attempt to accommodate their request. However, if a particular site has been reserved in advance, the guest occupying that site may have to move to another site assuming one is available.
Quiet time in the Resort is from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Sewer connections must be airtight! Please replace sewer cap when you check-out. If your current hose fittings do not provide an airtight connection, replacement fittings are sold in the office.
General office hours are from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM during winter months, and from 8:30 AM until 8:00 PM during summer months.
Pre-registered guests checking-in after these times will find their name and site assignment on our notice board located in the window of our reception area.
Non-registered guests can also check-in after regular office hours by checking the notice board described above to determine sites available. Non-registered guests should report to the office the following morning to register.
